These are the rules for playing Coil Clash, on the website and in the apps. By playing, or by making an account, you agree to them.

The game

Coil Clash is free to play. You can play as a guest; an account keeps your progress. Accounts are for players aged 13 and over. One person per account, and keep your password to yourself.

Be decent

There is no tolerance for abuse. Do not:

• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• post hateful or sexual content, or anything illegal;
• spam or advertise;
• cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs (report them instead);
• pick a name that breaks any of these rules.

Anyone can report another player, from their playercard, a message or a forum post, and players with an account can block them too. Reports go to the moderator, who can remove posts, mute, kick, rename or ban, and acts on them promptly. Serious or repeated breaches mean a ban.

What you write

You are responsible for what you write in chat, messages and on the forum. It stays yours, and you give us permission to show it in the game and on the forum. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.

Credits, cosmetics and VIP

Credits and cosmetics are earned by playing. They have no money value and cannot be sold, exchanged for money or moved to another account. VIP, where it is sold, is bought on the website through Ko-fi, and its terms and refunds follow Ko-fi's and your rights as a consumer. Items, prices and what VIP includes may change as the game does.

The small print

The game is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we may change it, pause it or stop it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.

We may update these terms; when we do, the forum's News board says so.
